Hobbit House, one-of-a-kind home

Beautiful area and the house is very nice and comfortable!! Positive: The house was very nice and bigger than it appears from the outside! It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable!! We had plenty of room for the 4 adults and 2 year old. Very quiet and private area! Would definitely stay again if I were to visit the area again! Negative: The only thing I would have to say I didn’t like about the house is the water was sulfur water and had a very eggy smell!! Definitely bring bottled water if that would bother you!! Also, with it being October, we did seem to have a few spiders that we had to kill while there. But the house is in the country on a farm so this is to be expected I guess but still didn’t like it!! Other than these two things, the house was exceptionally beautiful and comfortable!

Positive: Hobbit house was so spacious and comfortable for our needs, a family reunion. We were able to find it and get in easily. Communication with the owners was great. Plenty of towels were available. We found the bed to be very comfortable. Nice linen and blankets. Negative: Only surprised I did not see the farm animals until the next day! They are in the back.

The country setting of this place made it peaceful and comfortable. Positive: Quiet and remote without being too far from shopping. It was clean and the air conditioner worked great, which was necessary in the heat wave we experienced. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. This was the closest place we could fine to Bel Air where we visited family. Negative: Wifi could be improved. On the porch it was great but in the house it was weak.

Location, accommodations, comfort, ease! Positive: We needed to be in close proximity to our daughters wedding venue and accommodations for 8 people. The farm featured both Watch Deer cottage as well as the The Hobbit House. We rented both for our family, but staying at The Hobbit House. It was very clean, spacious, and accommodated our needs. Between the two places, we gathered at the cottage for a homemade breakfast (fresh eggs from the farm).

Just an overnight while passing through Positive: Extremely clean and very well kept Negative: Nothing. Everything was great
